Iva is a town in Anderson County, South Carolina. Iva is located in southern Anderson County close to the Abbeville County line at the convergence of SC 184, SC 81, and SC 413. In the late 1800s Iva was a shipping station for the Seaboard Railroad. Anderson is the largest city near Iva.
The Iva Farmer's Market is abundant of fresh vegetables, handmade art and craft items. It is a gathering place to visit with friends and neighbors. Residents children attend schools at Anderson School District Three.
